Best Local Gyms That Provide Child Care In Sacramento

These days it seems like there are never enough hours in the day to get everything done, and taking care of the family typically takes precedence over taking care of yourself. Luckily, these Sacramento businesses offer ways to get fit and improve your health, while your kids are having safe, supervised fun just a room away. Throw on your yoga pants and strap on that Fitbit – it is time to grab the kids and hit the gym.

Located in East Sacramento, Fitness Rangers is a place for serious workouts and performance training. The cost for membership involves some heavy wallet lifting, but child care for members is normally only $2 to $4 an hour. There is a comfortable kids' room that is stocked with toys and family-friendly DVDs, and there are special seasonal programs for children as well. Depending on what other activities are happening at the gym, kids can sometimes join employees in the gym for supervised games and exercises. If you are interested in bringing the kids with you, call first to make sure that there are child care staff members available.
