Best New Year's Eve 2015 Parties In Sacramento

New Year's Eve means something different for everyone. For some, it is an "all-out, pedal to the metal" party night they may not remember. For others, December 31st doesn't mean much. But many people seem to be in between: they enjoy great entertainment and great company to help ring in the New Year. This list has a little of everything; some events are structured, and some have more of a "wing-it," anything-can-happen feel to them. No matter where you go or what you do this year, be cautious of your surroundings and always arrange alternate transportation, just in case.
