Bouncing on the trampolines at Jump Sky High is one of the most unique experiences in the area. The facility maintains one large trampoline space for customers to literally bounce off the walls, a mid-size area specializing in trampoline dodgeball games, a half and half foam pit, a miniature children's trampoline area, rockwall, arcade games, and snack bar. The main attraction hosts about 60 participants at a time with another 40 playing dodgeball. It may seem like childish fun to bounce around, but the workout you get at Sky High matches any intense hour-long program you'll do at the gym. The soreness in your legs the next day will be totally worth the price of admission. Jump Sky High also offers AIRobics classes on Tuesday and Thursday night from 6 p.m.-7 p.m., 8 p.m.-9 p.m., Saturday and Monday mornings from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. Group rates and birthday services are available. You'll flip over the fun!

An 11,000 square foot, indoor climbing facility has something for everyone. If you're new to rock climbing, perhaps you should start on the wall dedicated specifically toward newbies. For the more advanced (or brave) there are a multitude of walls with differing routes. Pipeworks also offers bouldering and rope work as well. A bit nervous about the heights but in the mood for a workout, take part in a cycling class, yoga, Pilates, sports conditioning, or abs and core training. Once you've mastered your form, try your hand at the main wall, towering 40-feet in the air.
