December is the time of year when tradition comes heavily into play with music, good home cooking, baking, decorated trees and gifts. The air is crisp and you can smell the pine of the trees everywhere you go. You hear the Christmas melodies from every store front, but Christmas caroling in Sacramento can also be found in a variety of places throughout the month of December. The Capitol even has daily music if you can’t find enough sing-alongs elsewhere. Plan ahead and you can show your family a great time in December, combining tradition with family fun.
