Sacramento has a variety of bowling alleys, and most have something even for the non-bowler.
Country Club Lanes
2600 Watt Ave.
Boasting a plethora of fun things to do don’t come to Country Club Lanes planning on JUST bowling. Laser tag, arcade games, and pool are just some of the fun things that will keep you busy while at the alley. Definitely worth checking out.
Land Park Lanes
5850 Freeport Blvd.
Sacramento, Ca 95822
Land Park Lanes is a great little place to come for a relaxing game, and a pitcher of beer. It is inexpensive to play, and they have great deals that the staff kindly lets you in on. The atmosphere is a really fun bit of nostalgia, kind of the like the roller rinks of yesteryear.
900 West Capitol Ave.
West Sacramento, Ca
Capitol Bowl is a thriving business that refuses to budge. It has been in the developing city of West Sacramento for years, and the locals cannot get enough of it. They have amazing league bowling, a great bar, and attentive staff. It is the kind of place you want to meet some friends at, have a pitcher, and bowl a few games.
Folsom Lake Bowl
511 E. Bidwell St.
Folsom Lake Bowl is not your average bowling alley. They have great food, great drinks, and really knowledgeable staff ready to help you with all your needs. The one complaint many bowlers have are, yea you guessed it, the shoes. Not at Lake Bowl, the shoes are awesome, comfortable, and stylish. If you are looking for an out of the ordinary bowling experience, definitely stop by Lake Bowl, you won’t be disappointed.
3443 Laguna Blvd Ste #150
Elk Grove, Ca 95758
Strikes is a state of the art facility that has bowling, of course, but also has a huge arcade, a bar, a club, and a karaoke bar too. The atmosphere is less nostalgia and more hip, which can make for a really exciting bowling experience. If you are in the area you have to make a special trip to Strikes, it is completely worth it.
