SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A suspect wanted for a smash and grab robbery in Sacramento Tuesday morning has been arrested.

Police were called to Simple Mobile on 8th and J Streets in Sacramento after someone smashed a window and took several cell phones.

Officers on patrol spotted the suspect wearing a mask and carrying a purse. After a short foot chase, they caught the suspect and found cell phones inside the purse that they believe were taken from the store.

The suspect was treated for glass cuts and was arrested.
