Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of those killed in todays tragic accident. Prayers for a quick and complete recovery for the other girls who were also hurt today.

Our family is praying for all involved in this terrible accident. I as a parent of a student at Mae Hensley are concerned about if the so called planning day the school has for the teachers could have contributed to this event. As parents we are forced to make our children walk to school at a time when most of the community is conducting their business, at a time when our children should have been at school already. We are unable to safely drop off our children at school grounds, because we work, so they team up the best they can to be safe.

Driver runs stop sign and is speeding in a school zone. He needs to never drive again. He has to live with what he did. My prayers go out to the families of the girls. He was in the wrong. What was so inportant that he had to ignore the stop sign.
