Teenage Girl Arrested For Attacking Family Members, Killing One

 

DENAIR (CBS13) – A 17-year-old girl has been arrested are attacking family members and killing one of them on Mother's Day, according to the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department.

Officers were called to a home in the 3000 block of Salluce Drive in Denair about 8:15 Sunday evening after witnesses say they hear people arguing for more than an hour.

When deputies arrived, they found 62-year-old Kenneth Wills and 61-year-old Susan Wills, both suffering from multiple injuries. Kenneth was pronounced dead at the home. Susan was taken to the hospital where she is listed in stable condition.

The 17-year-old girl, whose name is not being released, was taken into custody. She is being held on charges of homicide, attempted homicide, and assault with a deadly weapon.
