Fire Damages Catholic Church In Sacramento
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- Fire investigators are sifting through evidence at a Catholic Church in Sacramento after a fire broke out overnight.
Flames broke out at Saint Peter's Catholic Church on Mc Mahon Drive in Sacramento at around 5 a.m. The room where the priests change their robes was significantly damaged. There was no damage to the rest of the church.
"Yeah, fire on the outside of a church at 5:30 in the morning, it's suspicious," said Sacramento Metro Battalion Chief John Williams.
