Grant is back from vacation and is joined by Mike Silver of Yahoo sports to talk NFL lockout latest and new rules implemented to protect player safety on the field and fines issued to players for illegal hits, if there is a season this year.
Next, Grant rants on the Home Run Derby, and Austin Collie from the Indianapolis Colts joins Grant in studio to talk about his off season workouts, his little brother following in his footsteps and shares how difficult it's been to find places to work out since he is locked out of the Colts facilities. Austin returns for a few more segments and takes questions from callers and the text line.
In the final hour Grant talks about hosting on the Jim Rome show on Thursday, takes calls from listeners and goes off on the MLB and the All Star team.
