El Dorado D.A. Releases More Evidence In Jaycee Lee Dugard Case

EL DORADO COUNTY (CBS13) – New court documents and videos in connection with the kidnapping of Jaycee Lee Dugard have been released.(Links to the videos and documents are listed below)

El Dorado County District Attorney Vern Pierson released the items, with Jaycee's consent, on the same day Jaycee's book "A Stolen Life" hit bookshelves.

The DA released several videos made by Jaycee's captures and rapists Phillip and Nancy Garrido, a map of Phillip's South Lake Tahoe victims, a note written by Phillip and several pages of documents relating to Phillip's earlier crimes.

Pierson says released the information to "highlight the gravity and severity of the mistakes made, and in hopes of improving the supervision and detection of sexual predators."
