STOCKTON (CBS13) -– Four masked thieves used a car to ram through a store front at Weberstown Mall and then steal merchandise, according to Stockton police.

The smash-and-grab style burglary was first reported just after 6 a.m. at the JC Penney store.

The glass front door of the store was shattered with glass, car parts and empty jewelry boxes littering the sidewalk.

Police are unclear how much merchandise was taken.

Witnesses tell police the suspects fled in a brown sedan.
