NORTH HIGHLANDS (CBS13) – A drunk man is under arrest after walking onto the campus of a North Highlands elementary school, getting into a fight with a teacher, then exposing himself to students before walking off campus and heading to another school and fighting with a student, according to Twin Rivers Police Department.

Mine too Calichrissy. i’m upset at the school for not telling us immediately what happened. I had to hear it from my daughter and shes been out of school since. We’ll have to put her back but I’ll be organizing a parents watch group. Please keep an ear open, if the school wont meet with me then us parents WILL FORCE them to listen!
