Audio: The Don Geronimo Show - September 26, 2011

Today on the Don Geronimo Show, we begin the day with the Tomellen oath, and the new autotuned version. Don also talks about the AT&T ad that runs during football games that has a nagging wife complaining to her husband that just got the family an unlimited texting plan. Don then tells us about running out of gas on the way to the store Sunday morning, and having to face Janet after she told him to fill up his tank. The guys then get into the weekend's NFL games, and they all agree that the NFL Redzone channel is awesome! After going through the results of the guys' NFL picks from last Friday, Don addresses the new Tom Couzens' column in the Sacramento Bee, which once again takes shots at Don. The guys then discuss Don and Dave's bet on tonight's 2 And A Half Men episode, which Dave says won't get half the ratings it did last week. The loser has to shave a Hitler mustache on their face on Wednesday!

Steve Jones from X Factor will be on the show tomorrow, and the guys get into a discussion about the new talent show, as well as the Parent Television Coalition complaining about some of the content. Oprah's O Magazine has a computer generated photo of Oprah on the cover of the new issue, which makes Rosie O'Donnell (who is also on the cover) look bigger, and Rosie isn't too happy about it. We get a visit from Stedman Graham to give us some insight on the issue.

After hearing a clip of Morgan Freeman calling the Tea Party "racist" on Piers Morgan, and viewing a clip from the porn video Who's Nailin' Palin, it's time to play "How gay is Don's Ipod?" The answer is very. Don then interviews the great Greg Papa, radio voice of the Oakland Raiders. Greg talks about the Raiders' big win against the New York Jets, and their upcoming battle against the New England Patriots. The guys then go back to playing "How gay is Don's Ipod?"

It's then time for the "Phantom News Hour." Today, Phantom talks about 60 Minutes having 14 million viewers last night, the weekend's box office numbers, a man being attacked by a grizzly bear, and Dave's new favorite channel, the "Bounce Network." And of course, Don wraps everything up with a caller 100!
