Body Found In Modesto
MODESTO (CBS13) -- Modesto Police homicide detectives are investigating the discovery of a man found dead in an alley in north Modesto on Monday, calling it a suspicious death.
Officers were called to the 100 block of E. Rumble Road at about 9:30 a.m. about a man lying in an alley. The alley is located behind the AM/PM gas station at McHenry Avenue and Rumble Road.
The victim was a white male adult in his late 40s to early 50s. His name won't be released until his identity is confirmed and next of kin is notified, police said. Police also didn't have any suspect information and the cause of death will not be known until an autopsy is complete.
