Ski Resorts To Hold Job Fairs

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE (AP) -- With the new ski season only weeks away, several major Lake Tahoe ski resorts will hold job fairs Saturday.

The Heavenly, Sierra-at-Tahoe, Kirkwood, Northstar and Boreal resorts are among those that will meet Saturday with applicants for a wide variety of seasonal positions. Job fair hours will vary from resort to resort.

The Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows resorts are scheduled to hold separate job fairs on Nov. 11.

Openings include ski lift operators, ski school instructors, parking attendants, food and beverage employees, and rental shop workers.
