Arthur Temblador, 36, was a coach for the Everton Soccer Club in Elk Grove. From the summer of 2010 throught the spring of 2011, Temblador had sexually encounters with one of his players. The victim was between the ages of 15-16 at the time. The sexual misconduct occurred in four different counties, Scully said.
