The Don Geronimo Show - November 7, 2011

Today, Don begins by talking about the passing of Andy Rooney, which now completes the celebrity death trifecta Steve Jobs, Al Davis, and Andy Rooney. We also have a winner in the "Guess The Trifecta" contest that Don announces. Don then tells us about his weekend, in which the only thing he really did was go out to dinner with the Tarbells on Saturday night. After some talk about the NFL games and the fantasy league, Good Day Sacramento stops by to talk man caves with the guys. Don then goes off on one of his new soundbites a hockey arena organ that plays "If You're Happy And You Know It." Don has a lot of fun ad-libing new lyrics to the tune. We then hear a few Andy Rooney montages, including some of his worst moments, and his interview with Sacha Baron Cohen.

Don also talks about Joe Frazier in the hospital with liver cancer, and the Enquirer reporting that Chaz Bono only has 4 years to live. He then tells us about a Broadway play in the making about Magic Johnson and Larry Bird, entitled "Magic Bird," to come out this spring. Don has a list he got online of the largest and smallest penises in Hollywood, and the names he reads off are a bit surprising. After hearing a clip of Tower Heist director Brett Ratner stating that he never pleasured himself in front of actress Olivia Munn, Don tells us about a website called toplesshelpers.com, a Northern California organization of women who will clean your house topless!

Don then interviews musician Sara Bareilles, a Northern California native who is going to be a judge on the new TV show The Sing Off. Sara talks about the show, having family in the Sacramento area, and Phantom even sings for her to judge! After going through his library of Mel Gibson drops from last year, Don calls in Craig to call up celebrities. Among the people Craig calls today: Flavor Flav, Corey Feldman, and once again, Abe Vigoda. It's then time for the "Phantom News Hour." Today, Phantom gives us an Occupy Wall St. update, Lindsay Lohan released from jail after only 5 hours, a Black Sabbath reunion, a possible Van Halen reunion, and John Lennon's tooth being auctioned off for $31,000.And of course, Don wraps everything up with a caller 100!
