Coach Smart recaps his first few games as head coach after replacing Paul Westphal, pointing out a few of the things he’s learned about his personnel since taking over. Coach says it’s still a learning process that is not aided by the immediacy of his promotion. Smart offers some words on the development of Isaiah Thomas, the struggles of John Salmons, and the league-wide dip in shooting percentages during the early stages of the season.
