Typo Forces Gov. Brown's Office To Re-File Initiative

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A typo is forcing Governor Brown to re-file his ballot initiative aimed at raising taxes.

Brown re-filed the paperwork on Friday after already filing it back in December.

The governor's office says they corrected a typo that resulted in two numbers being transposed in the initiative.

An adviser for brown says he does not think the mistake will affect the bill being on the November ballot.
