Save-Mart To Close Store In Elk Grove

ELK GROVE (CBS13) – Elk Grove is losing a place to shop for groceries.

Save-Mart has announced its store on Laguna Boulevard will close on June 18.

The store is in the same shopping center where a Borders book store closed a few years ago.

Save-Mart says the store was not doing well.

According to a long time employee, Save-Mart is trying to place employees at their other stores.
