SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Sacramento police have arrested a man they say robbed two kids and then exposed himself to them.

Investigators arrested Emerson Garrard, 37, on Wednesday afternoon in Regency Park in Natomas.

They say he approached two 10-year-old children at about 2:19 p.m. and took something from one of them before exposing himself.

The children told an adult, who called police.

The kids were not hurt.

Garrard is being held in the Sacramento County Main Jail on felony charges of robbery and a lewd or lascivious act with a child. His bail was set at $163,500.
