The Don Geronimo Show - February 11, 2013

The week begins with Don's weekend recap, including his dog Oscar puking all last night, going to see "Identity Thief," and the annoying 12 year old girls in front of him, as well as the guys behind Don who wouldn't stop talking. We also hear about Don's "Directed By" rule at the movies, before the guys talk about the success of #HereWeBuy night on Saturday, and discuss how good of a basketball player G.M. Steve might be.

After discussing the Christopher Dorner story, Don asks the question: is Superman Jewish? This gets the guys talking about what the religions of other super heroes and cartoon characters might be. After hearing that another African American family is suing Disneyland for racism, we get into another phone scan, before we get a visit from UFC fighter Chael Sonnen. However, Chael, unhappy about the length of the commercial break, gets douchy with Don right off the bat, and Don hangs up on him!

It's then time for some 8-bit Karaoke with Craig. Among the songs today: "Epic" by Faith No More, "Alive" by Pearl Jam, and "Under The Bridge" by the Chili Peppers. After Craig, Drew makes everyone sick with his dirty finger, and then we jump into the "Phantom News." Today, Pope Benedict will step down on Feb. 28, Mr. Bean's car cost $1.4 million to repair, the GRAMMY winners, and Christina Applegate will appear in the Anchorman sequel. And of course, Don wraps everything up with a caller 100!
