The Grant Napear Show - March 4, 2013
The Grant Napear Show started with plenty of talks about the Sacramento Kings and their possible relocation to Seattle or the ability to keep the team in Sacramento. Grant fielded phone calls about the Kings in all facets for the entirety of the show.
Sacramento City Manager, John Shirey, joined Grant on the show and shined some light on all the obstacles that need to be overcome for the City of Sacramento to move forward with a new arena plan. John spoke about the various parts of the transactions and his confidence level in the transaction being completed. He also spoke about the possibility of the new location, the costs of the new arena, and the financial agreements of who will be responsible for what in regards to the new arena.
