Woman Arrested For Stockton Hit-And-Run
STOCKTON (CBS13) - Stockton police arrested a woman for allegedly hitting another woman on the street, then taking off.
Officers say Felicia Atad was driving on Pilgrim Street when she ran into the 59-year-old victim, who became stuck under the car.
They also say Atad got out of her car and pulled the victim out.
Atad was later located by officers after someone reported a reckless driver.
