2 People Injured After Pepsi Truck Hits Van In Sacramento

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Two drivers were able to walk away from a serious crash at Florin Perkins and Jackson Roads in Sacramento on Friday morning.

A Pepsi truck was driving through the intersection when an eastbound van ran a red light and entered the intersection, say police. The truck had not time to stop and hit the van. It then hit a light pole and drove through the fence of a nearby Green Acres store.

The driver of the van suffered minor injuries and the driver of the truck was not injured.

The truck's cab was totaled.
