Roseville Police Looking For Suspect In String Of Car Break-Ins

ROSEVILLE (CBS13) – Police are looking for the person who broke into numerous cars in a Roseville neighborhood Thursday morning.

According to the Roseville Police Department, officers were called to Cambridge Court at 7:22 a.m. due to a suspicious-looking man reportedly looking into parked cars in the neighborhood. The man left in a white van, and police soon started fielding reports of cars being broken into.

In total, police say that five cars parked along Pine Valley Circle and Daisy Court were either broken into or were burglarized.

Surveillance footage from a neighbor's home caught the suspect on camera. Police have released the footage and it can be viewed here.

Police say the suspect looks to be a man in his 20s with short brown hair and a thin build. The man is seen talking on a cellphone in the video, leading police to believe that he may be working with an accomplice. The suspect's van looks to be a Chevy Astro.
