1 Dead, 2 Hurt In North Stockton Shooting
STOCKTON (CBS13) – Police say that a 27-year-old man is dead after a shooting early Saturday morning in north Stockton.
The incident happened near Princess Drive and Duke Lane, according to the Stockton Police Department. Officers were called to the scene around 2:15 a.m. on a report of a person shot.
Once at the scene, police say they found that three people had been shot: a 27-year-old man, a 25-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman.
All three were taken to the hospital, but the 27-year-old man later died from his injuries.
The other victims are expected to be OK.
Police say that their preliminary investigation shows that some kind of disturbance preceded the shooting. The suspects reportedly left the scene in a silver car, but no other information on who the suspects may be has been released.
