STOCKTON (CBS13) – A south Stockton family of eight was the victim of a scary home invasion robbery early Friday morning.

Stockton Police say that, around 1:30 a.m., five men broke down the door of a home along the 4000 block of Progress Way by kicking the door in. The suspects then pulled all eight residents – a man, his wife, two elderly people and four children – out of their rooms.

The residents were then forced to lie down on the dining room floor at gunpoint as the suspects scoured the house for money.

Eventually, the suspects left and the man called 911. Police did not comment on what was taken from the home.

Only vague descriptions of the five suspects was given.
