At the scene, officers found that a 25-year-old man had been shot. The man was taken to the hospital, but later died.

Detectives believe that the shooting stemmed from some sort of argument the victim had with some other men at a school along Ambassador Drive. The man and a friend were allegedly confronted by three other men, with the ensuing argument escalating to the fatal shooting.

Later Sunday evening, detectives announced that two young men – 18-year-old Kavon William Cry and 19-year-old Omar Lee Talley – had been arrested in connection to the case. The were arrested on charges of murder, with detectives noting that the victim and suspects did not know each other.
