UPDATE: Missing Hiram Johnson High School Student Found Safe

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Authorities are asking for help in finding a missing teen considered at-risk.
Zong Chang, 16, was last seen at Hiram Johnson High School Tuesday around 8 a.m., according to the Sacramento Police Department. Officers searched the area and were not able to find him.
Police say that Chang is considered at-risk due to his diminished mental capacity.
Chang is described as standing about 5'2'', weighs about 130 pounds, and was wearing a grey sweatshirt with a red shirt underneath and blue jeans at the time of his disappearance.
Chang is noted to have run away before.
Anyone who sees Chang or knows where he might be is asked to call 911.
