He  finds himself a popular treasure at the DMV, given the number of co-workers who seek him out daily at computer desk support. The best part of the story however, is that he was able to land the position after having only started his education in 2009. This even included a reasonable leave of absence, so that he could still manage to complete the required 1,560 hours of training to complete the required certifications.

Miller was glad he chose a technical school upon which to get his career off to a great start, "My education at MTI was instrumental to my career choice after graduating. I have continued to grow from the base of my education." He says he could not have reached his present position without his educational achievements and certifications. "Absolutely not. I have both MCSA and A+ certifications from MTI, that I used as a springboard to earn my CCNA, java scripting and web design certifications."

What kept him inspired enough to embark upon such a technical career was his fascination with technical growth in and of itself, "The tech field is an ever evolving field of study, where I am continuously learning. There is no room for boredom." said Miller.

Miller shared his thoughts on what it takes to be successful in this field. "Make sure you research where you go to get your education and talk with others in the field. Utilize any help from your school and listen to the advice of the experienced. Be a sponge, and learn all you can to further your skills."
