1 Person Detained, 1 At Large Following Attempted Burglary In Sacramento
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Police officers have detained one person in North Sacramento following a reported burglary attempt.
The incident happened at around 3 a.m. at a mobile home park near Interstate 80 and Marysville Boulevard, just north of the freeway. Officers say they arrived on Macarthur Street after getting the report of a burglary in process. While on the scene, they reportedly heard the sound of gunshots, which were later found to be fired by a neighbor attempting to scare away the suspects.
Police set up a perimeter in the area and caught one of the suspects. A second suspect is still at large.
