Suspects Shatter Windows Of Patrol Cars That Responded To Stockton Sideshow

STOCKTON (CBS13) – Two patrol cars were damaged by people throwing rocks at a Stockton "sideshow" late Wednesday night, police say.

Officers were called to March Lane and Pershing Avenue just after 9:30 p.m. due to an alleged sideshow – an illegal event where revelers perform stunts with their vehicles – in the area.

As officers were dispersing the cars from the area, Stockton Police say that suspects threw a rock at patrol car 3907, shattering its windshield. Another suspect also threw a rock at patrol car 3880 and shattered the driver's side window.
