Stockton Man Accused Of Threatening To Rape Girl, 10, At School Bus Stop Over Money
STOCKTON (CBS13) — A Stockton man is under arrest, accused of telling a child he would rape her for not giving him any money.
Police say Kevin Williams walked up to the 10-year-old victim on Monday morning at a school bus stop near Sixth and El Dorado streets.
The victim told an adult, who waved down a police officer.
Williams is charged with cruelty to a child.
