LODI (CBS13) – A woman who was arrested in a Lodi parking lot on shoplifting charges Monday also had two pipe bombs in her car, police say.

At around 1:30 p.m., Lodi police went to the parking lot of Marshall’s on Kettleman Lane to investigate reports a woman had stolen from the store after stealing from the Wal-Mart across the street, according to a statement from Lodi police.
