The swift investigation started on Friday when cops say a woman using the unisex patient restroom noticed an odd flower arrangement on the back of the toilet. It was then that she discovered the camera the doctor allegedly hid.
Investigators served search warrants at the office and at his Merced home and arrested him on Tuesday for possession of child pornography as the pediatrician showed up at the place he’s worked since 2013.
The woman who answered the door at the doctor’s home says she’s the nanny. Neighbors say the accused doctor is married with young kids.MORE NEWS: California’s Famed Giant Sequoias Wrapped In Aluminum As Wildfire Nears
