Vehicle Burglars Caught On Video In Sacramento County

SACRAMENTO COUNTY (CBS13) - Sacramento sheriff's detectives are asking for the public's help to identify two men who were caught on video breaking into parked, locked vehicles and taking property.

YouTube video posted to the department's Facebook page Monday show the men looking into the vehicles and stealing bags in the parking lot of a business in the 3100 block of Bradshaw Road.

In the first incident, a man wearing a t-shirt and jeans paces through the parking lot between cars. Eventually, he reaches into an SUV through a back window he apparently broke and takes a bag from inside. He quickly gets into an Acura SUV driven by the other suspect and they drive off.

In the next incident, the driver of the Acura peers into the window of a BMW SUV, breaks a window and takes a bag from inside.

The passenger is described as a black male adult in his mid-20s to early 30s, approximately 6 feet tall and weighs 190-200 pounds. He has short black hair and was wearing a white t-shirt, jeans, and black and white tennis shoes.

The driver is described as a black male adult in his 20s or 30s, approximately 6 feet tall and weighs 190-200 pounds. He has tattoos on the tops of both forearms. He has short black hair and was wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts, a dark beanie, and dark shoes. Later in the video he puts on a dark hooded sweatshirt.
