ROSEVILLE (CBS13) – Deputies have arrested a suspect in the stabbing death of another man in a gated Roseville community over the weekend.

The incident happened Friday night on Lanie Court, according to a statement from the Placer County Sheriff’s Office. That’s where 21-year-old Andrew Michael Petrenko of Citrus Heights was walking to the party with friends when a white sedan pulled up. Investigators say the driver said something to Petrenko then got out of the car, stabbed him three or four times, got back in his car immediately, and sped off.
