Ndamukong Suh is now a free agent. The Detroit Lions did not put the franchise tag on the defensive tackle. Which could prove to be an extremely bad move for the team if Suh signs somewhere else.

It is reported that the Lions would have paid the DT around $26.9 million for 2015. A deal that would not include a long term contract to stay in Detroit. Thus, the Lions decided to risk one of their key players. Suh can sign with another team beginning March 10th.
