MODESTO (CBS13) – A fire in Modesto on Sunday sent up a large, black plume of smoke.
At around 5:20 p.m. Sunday, fire crews received the call of a fire at a plastics recycling plant on Mariposa Road. When they arrived at the scene, Stanislaus Consolidated and Modesto Fire departments found material burning outside.
