Police Arrest Man Accused In Shooting Death Of Stockton Subway Employee
LODI (CBS13) - Police have arrested a suspect who was wanted in the shooting death of a Stockton Subway restaurant employee on Tuesday night.
Police have identified the suspect as Steven Drew Allee.
Jerry James Lucero, 43, of Stockton, was working at the restaurant on Hammer Lane near Highway 99 Tuesday night when the suspect walked in, robbed the restaurant and shot Luerco.
The shooting appears not to be gang-related, says Stockton Police Department spokesperson Officer Joe Silva.
