El Dorado County Senior Reported Missing

GARDEN VALLEY (CBS13) - Authorities are asking for the public's help to locate a senior who is missing and could be in danger.

June Smith of Garden Valley was last seen Friday at 11 a.m. She was headed to Rogue River Oregon. Her most likely route is westbound Interstate 80 to northbound Interstate 5, according to Christy Woods, a spokesperson for the American Red Cross. Smith suffers from congestive heart failure, high blood pressure and cataracts.

Smith is described as an 82-year-old Caucasian female, 4 feet 9 inches tall, and weighs 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing white pants, a pink top and white Keds.

Smith is believed to be driving a white 2007 Dodge van with Oregon license plate number 361DNN.
