Stockton Police Asking For Help To Identify Disabled Person

STOCKTON (CBS13) - Police in Stockton are turning to the public to identify a disabled person.

The adult male identifying himself only as Raul, was found near Bonnie Lane and Noble Street around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday. He appears to have Down's Syndrome, and has difficulty communicating in his native language of Spanish.

Raul is carrying no identification and can't provide his name, date of birth or home address.

Anyone with information about his identity is asked to call Stockton police at (209) 937-7911.
