Banks: Closed July 4, according to the California Bankers Association. All banks in California are closed on federal holidays.
California state parks: Open
Arden Fair Mall: They have regular hours on Friday. On Saturday they open at 10 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. Link

U.S. Postal Service: Closed July 4
FedEx: July 3 – Depends on the service. Ground will be closed. Home delivery is open. July 4 – Closed. Some Office locations are open with a modified schedule.
