Sacramento Attorney's Education Didn't End At Graduation

Providing leadership and guidance to more than 46 lawyers in and around California's capitol speaks a lot for a law firm that's been practicing for close to 40 years, a cursory glance at Mastagni Holstedt's website reveals a mastery of practices that literally almost ranges from A to Z; from airplane accidents to wrongful terminations. David Mastagni is one of the founding partners of one of Sacramento's biggest law firms mainly serving clients in matters of civil law. According to his official bio, "David was responsible in 2003 for obtaining the largest law enforcement binding arbitration award in the United States."

Mastagni personally has participated in more than 300 legal proceedings that ended in a verdict including numerous amounts of trials by jury in courts on both the state and federal level. Oftentimes, you'll find Mastagni giving testimony in front of the California State Assembly in matters that affect law enforcement on a state and local level. It's no surprise that many of California's law enforcement and public servants seek his council in matters that pertain to their contracts with the city. Armed with his A.A. degree from American River College, B.S. from CSU Sacramento, and his Juris Doctor from the McGeorge School of Law, including his license to practice law from the State of California, Mastagni continues to practice law and educate himself and his law firm today.
