Former Staffer Claims She Was Fired After Sacramento City Councilman's Sexual Harassment

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Months after a sexual harassment claim against Sacramento's mayor, a city councilman is facing similar allegations in a claim filed by former staff members.

The new claim against City Councilman Allan Warren comes just two months after the claim against Mayor Kevin Johnson.

The claim against Warren alleges severe and extended physical, mental and emotional distress and describes an alleged sexual relationship between him and the staffer built on fear.

The claim reads she "submitted to Mr. Warren's sexual demands" by "allowing him to grab and fondle her buttocks at work" and "meeting him for sex at her home during ordinary work hours" as well as "accompanying him on sexual escapades to Atlanta, Jamaica, Reno and Oroville."

The claim continues to say "When she stopped complying, then Mr. Warren and the city terminated her city employment."

Warren, who is married, responded to the claim saying "it's preposterous" "it's crazy" and "it's categorically untrue."

The city councilman would not answer questions on camera.

The claim also details a drive the councilman and the staffer took, saying Warren stopped to buy wine and condoms before taking her to a cabin in the woods around Oroville. The claim reads he used shotguns for target practice, and she feared for her life. They proceeded to have relations.
