Heatwave Begins Today In Sacramento

The heatwave of triple-digit temperatures begins today in the Sacramento region. Temperatures were in the 60s on Tuesday morning, but they'll be significantly higher in this afternoon.

Breezes are almost non-existent across Northern California, which is typical with a ridge of high pressure. It's also causing temperatures to shoot up 10-15 degrees higher than normal for this time of the year. The trend will last until Saturday.
