Deuce: Pacman Jones Deserves Suspension

By Deuce Mason

You just have to love the lack of common sense from the NFL. If you don't know by now, Adam "Pacman" Jones is a bum.

The move he pulled in Sunday's game in Oakland was pathetic, but what's even more embarrassing is that the NFL will not suspend Jones. In the video above, Jones knocks off Amari Cooper's helmet and then slams Cooper's head into his helmet.

The officials who were on top of the play did not eject Jones.

The league that pretends like they care about player safety has deemed that Jones slamming Cooper's head into his own helmet isn't THAT big of a deal.

Cooper said Jones doesn't deserve to be suspended. "We were just playing physical. I should've been playing physical. Honestly, I didn't even know I hit my head on the helmet."

It's probably not a good sign that Cooper didn't know he hit his head.

"Whatever you seen, that's what happened," Jones told Cincinnati.com. "I'm not going to get into all that. I'm here to play football. I don't back done from nobody and I ain't out trying to start nothing. I'm just out playing football."

Slamming your opponents head against his own helmet is playing football? Come on, Pacman.

Jones deserves to be suspended multiple games for what he did to Cooper. You really think you're going to send a message to Jones by fining him? Yes, fining the same guy who made it rain at a strip club is going to send a strong message.

Will "Pacman" make it rain at the league office?
