What does your job entail?

“I help people build their online image to allow them to reach their professional goals. I have an online course that shows people how to build their own personal brand website. I also help people build it if they require a bit more assistance than an online do it yourself course.”

What parts of your job do you particularly enjoy?

“I enjoy helping people build their online presence so they can enjoy the opportunities it can bring to their career. When a person builds their online presence and it brings career growth and job opportunities to them, that’s satisfying to see.”

What was your education history like?

“Prior to my job, I was going to school for a bachelor’s degree and have continued to build both my career and education in parallel.”

Do you think your education has prepared you to take on this position?

“Building online brands has been something I’ve been doing since before my higher education, but it has helped me focus building my brand online and helped me fine tune it better.”

Any advice for someone seeking a similar career?

“Represent yourself and your professional skills in an authentic yet professional way. Use that online image to build a network of professionals through social media and never stop writing about your professional interests/ideas and make it public. This will all build upon itself and give you a wonderful network of people to rely on for work and building your own brand.”
